We are Wiltink and bread is in our DNA. Our master bakers have been baking traditional bread on a large scale for generations for bakeries, supermarkets and wholesalers. If you claim to make bread special every day, then you’re obviously always looking for new products and new eating moments. That’s exactly what we do at Wiltink! We have developed specialties for every moment of the day and for every season. Scones, fiber-rich fruit cakes, classic stollen, sturdy fruit breads and delicious coffee rolls. All products with added value!
DAILY FRESH
Baking fresh bread every day is how Wiltink started back in 1952. Three generations later, ‘daily fresh is still a key part of our bakery. Every day, our master bakers ensure delicious, fresh and fragrant bread; straight from the oven and into the shops as quickly as possible. And for the health-conscious and those with a gluten intolerance, Wiltink has developed YAM, a daily fresh gluten-free bread.

INNOVATION LAB
In our unique Innovation lab, we regularly welcome product developers, category managers and business development managers who are open to change and collaboration.
Here, we co-create the bread innovations of tomorrow. First, we brainstorm concepts with food innovators, then we head into the kitchen with our master bakers to bring those ideas to life. That’s how we bring bread to life, together! This lab is where the successful, daily fresh, gluten-free bread YAM was born, as well as our revolutionary low-carb and gluten-free bread.
