Product developers, category managers and business development managers join forces with food innovators and our master bakers in the kitchen to co-create new bread innovations. And to actually bake them! In this inspiring space, the knowledge and experience of our customers comes together with the professional passion of our bakers and other specialists. Naturally this leads to tasty new products, concepts, stories or packaging.

Wiltink’s Innovation Lab opened its doors in 2010 to respond even better and more directly to the wishes of customers and consumers. To jointly explore opportunities and possibilities, in addition to a standard assortment. Everything comes together here, which has transformed the lab into a richly filled library full of books about bread in all its forms, a cabinet of curiosities with special products, and inspiring photo reports of trend tours through the world of food. Having a finger on the pulse and going with our gut feeling! And that results in special new products. Innovations created here in collaboration include fruit bread, muesli bites, gluten-free products and our delicious fruit bread.
