Our pride and joy, YAM! The first daily fresh gluten-free bread in the Netherlands. Freshly baked with ‘normal’ ingredients, just like any other bread. What makes it special is the surprisingly delicious taste and real bread texture. This means YAM lasts as long as other fresh bread and you can freeze it.
